20th Anniversary of the iEMBA Program in Vietnam toward 60th Anniversary of AIT
2019 marks an important milestone of the iEMBA/AIT and AIT.
iEMBA/AIT enters the 20th year of operation in Vietnam and AIT celebrates 60th Anniversary in AIT campus. With the collaboration between AIT Vietnam and AITAAVN subchapter Ba Ria Vung tau, AIT Festival Day was successfully organized in Vung Tau on March 3, 2019. Hundreds of AIT alumni from all regions in Vietnam, brought the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year, were eager to take part in hiking for raising money for the poor and handicapped children; and joining many other activities for strengthen the health and network. The joyful and exciting atmosphere of the AITVN festival has spread throughout the beautiful coastal city of Vung Tau on that day.
Dr. Fredric William Swierczek, AITVN’s Director cum Founder of iEMBA Program; Dr. Pham Thi Kim Ngoc, AITVN’s Deputy Director cum iEMBA program coordinator in Vietnam; Mr. Ragnar Soegard, professor of iEMBA program; Dr. Do Ba Khang, professor of iEMBA program in Vietnam. Representatives from AITAA in Vietnam included Mr. Le Thanh Hao – President; and hundreds of alumni from Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho and Hanoi participated in this day.
The huge amount of attention, and precious support from many organizations such as Vietsovpetro head quarter, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Company (PVFCCo), PTSC Phu My Port, Vietsopetro Mechanical and Energy Division, Vietsopetro OGPE, DMC WS, AITAA-VN, EMBA-VT2, EMBA-VT8, etc…was sponsored to this event. In addition, for the first time, AIT alumni made their great contribution of intellectual, effort, artifacts, enthusiasm and their time to organizing this successful festival in Vung Tau.
