Who can apply? Professionals from Vietnam in the public and private sector, working in the field of
(renewable) energy planning, utility management and technical staff
What does the scholarship cover? The costs for participation in the trainings, including materials and
lunch, are 100% covered by the COBENEFITS programme.

The training will allow participants to get an in-depth view into power system planning and the co-benefits analysis and methodologies and to learn more about important issues related to renewable energy deployment and integrated energy planning in Vietnam. The training will cover the following topics and sessions:
- Integrated power system planning, its transition, and planning
- Indicators and co-benefits in power system planning
- Traditional power system planning (TIPSP) and methodology
- Advanced power system planning (AIPSP) and methodology
- Planning tools for integrated power system planning
- International practices in power system planning
