Qualification & Knowledge:
- BA in Finance/Accounting.
- Understanding of the AIT structure and AITCV operational process is an advantage.
- Good language command in English
- Good computer literacy and familiar with software packages under Windows and E-mail.
- Have Oracle experience will be plus.
- Well organized.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Basic Function: Responsible for work of Accountant and cashier at Finance Unit.
Supervisor: Senior Finance Officer
- Verify supporting documents and check available fund for the payments.
- Daily implement payments/receipts for transactions by cash and bank accounts.
- Accurately maintain cash book and cash reporting. Daily count cash and check with ERP system.
- Timely input bank receipts and payments into ERP.
- Prepare invoices (ERP invoice/VAT invoice) and follow up receipts.
- Monthly prepare aging reports for sections.
- Quarterly prepare VAT use report.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation report for petty cash and bank accounts.
- Others tasks as required by AITCV Director and Supervisor.
