In December 2016, AIT-VN has successfully organized two training courses on “Facilitation Skills for Meeting, Workshop, Seminar” and “Training Impact Assessment” for employees of organizations DGRV – Germany and representatives of the Union Cooperatives in Northern Vietnam. Both courses took place at 14 Thuy Khue Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
The courses are designed and implemented to help participants of DGRV – the staffs are working in the German projects in Vietnam, with a representative of the Union of Cooperatives of Vietnam (from provinces of Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Nam Dinh) – have deeper understanding methodically and scientifically and have opportunity to practice Facilitation skills for meeting, conference, seminar; also help them – who is responsible for organizing the training programs for internal projects – get more insight about the need to assess the impact of training; or simply how to design a short but adequate, concise the questionnaire in order to be able to collect useful information from participant attend the courses. Participants get to experience diverse learning methods, working hard, positive, enthusiastic and efficient. It can be said that under the guidance of longtime experienced instructors of AIT-VN like Dr. Nguyen Thu Le Hang and Ms. Van Thi Thuy Huong, participants were shared and access to abundant knowledge, basic and necessary for handling work in different projects.The hard work in the spirit of learning, sharing and the same enthusiasm from the trainers themselves and participants have achieved such a success for both courses mentioned above.
