On August 20, 2021, AIT Vietnam’s Master of International Business Administration (iEMBA) class opened the 21st session. This is a very special opening ceremony, held online in social distancing situation due to Covid-19 Pandemic.

The opening ceremonies at AIT Vietnam are regular activities to welcome new students and enter the journey to conquer knowledge at AIT. AIT Vietnam has opened Master training courses in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Applications, Doctor of Business Administration, international Executive Master of Business Administration and many other courses in second half of 2021
In the context of the epidemic and social isolation, the ceremony was held online, to ensure the distance, but still maintain the solemn atmosphere, and the spirit of determination of all the students.
Attending the ceremony were Dr. Phung Van Dong – Director of AIT Vietnam, Dr. Roger Levermore, principal of AIT’s School of Management (SOM), Dr. Sundar Venkatesh, Program Coordinator, students members of the 21st EMBA program, AIT alumni, and all staff of AIT Vietnam.
At the beginning of the program, Dr. Phung Van Dong – Director of AIT Vietnam gave a congratulatory speech to the students, as well as briefly introduced about AIT Vietnam.

Next, Dr. Roger Levermore, Dean of the School of Management (SOM) gave a speech introducing the school, its achievements and future goals with the following classes, especially iEMBA in Viet Nam.
Dr. Sundar Venkatesh gave a short speech to welcome the new students, and shared tips and experiences to help students become more confident before starting the program.
The opening ceremony also had the appearance of iEMBA Alumni sharing their experiences as well as giving useful advice to new students of iEMBA intake 21.
After that, all the students of the iEMBA intake 21 introduced themselves, as well as shared their experiences and goals during their time studying and researching at AIT, with an open, friendly atmosphere and a spirit of determination to conquer new heights of knowledge.

The International Master of Business Administration program of the AIT School of Management (SOM) is known as a globalized training program with high academic quality and rich practical experience, guided and taught by the world’s leading professors and economic experts. AIT as well as AIT Vietnam always try to bring to students the most up-to-date and advanced knowledge and the most useful and effective learning experience.
At the end of the ceremony, the representative of the school, the representative of AIT Vietnam and all the staff at AIT Vietnam wished all the students good health, success and excellent completion of the training program. The ceremony ended with unique and memorable online photos shootings.
