BIM (Building Information Modeling) Standard Project Management Training Program
Overview
The BIM (Building Information Modeling) Standard Project Management Training Program is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and practical understanding needed to apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) effectively in large-scale infrastructure and railway projects. As BIM becomes a critical requirement in complex and multi-stakeholder developments, this course focuses on how BIM supports integrated project management, coordination, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
