On the afternoon of November 13, The ceremony of honoring typical Vietnamese enterprises, entrepreneurs and intellectuals in 2021 was solemnly held in Hanoi. AIT Vietnam was honored to be in the top of typical enterprises in 2021.
This is a program organized by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Vietnam Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Committee in collaboration with central ministries, agencies, branches, economic units, and experts. To recognize, honor, and encourage units and individuals with outstanding typical achievements, both in the epidemic and developing the economy effectively, with the foresight of renewing thinking, enterprising, proactively integrating into the international economy, creating jobs and stable incomes for employees, contribute to administer social security. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Dang Hoang Giang, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, leaders of ministries, departments, and representatives of hundreds of businesses from all over the country. On the side of AIT Vietnam, there was the participation of Dr. Phung Van Dong, Director of the Institute.

AIT Vietnam was established in 1993 under an agreement between the Government of Vietnam and AIT. AIT Vietnam is proud to be the first international education organization in Vietnam with training programs that are highly ranked in the region and around the world.
In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic causing negative impacts on the global economy, AIT Vietnam is constantly innovating and improving service quality, focusing on developing training programs, revoluting new leaders such as the Chief Digital Officer, Innovative Thinking & Design, Smart Cities… to train high-quality human resources, contributing to the success of the National Transformation Program digital transformation towards building a digital society – a digital nation.
Also at the ceremony, Dr. Phung Van Dong, Director of AIT Vietnam was honored to receive the certificate of merit for entrepreneurs and intellectuals representing his contributions to the development of AIT in particular and the training career of Vietnam in general. This is the recognition for his unremitting efforts in the process of building and developing high-quality training services of AIT Vietnam.
The award ceremony had the presence of large organizations and enterprises in many industries such as British University Vietnam (BUV), Vinaconex, Eurowindow, Rang Dong Light Bulb, and Thermos Joint Stock Company, etc. pride and a great encouragement to the management and staff at AIT Vietnam, towards the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Institute. Loyal to its training career, AIT Vietnam always makes constant efforts to implement AIT’s noble mission in Vietnam, contributing to the common development of the country and the region.
