On October 19, 2026, participants of AIT Vietnam’s CEO 2026 Executive Education Program visited Aeroco Coffee in Dak Lak to learn about its coffee cultivation model and hear from the founder about the journey of establishing and developing the farm.
Exploring Coffee Cultivation in Vietnam’s Central Highlands
During the visit, participants observed coffee trees laden with ripening cherries, learned about the farm’s ecosystem, and experienced products derived from the coffee plant. They sampled fresh coffee cherries and tea brewed from coffee cherries, discovering different ways to experience and utilize this distinctive crop of Vietnam’s Central Highlands.

Aeroco Coffee focuses on sustainable farming, with an emphasis on a multi-layer canopy cultivation model. The farm also combines coffee production with agricultural experiences, offering a perspective on how agricultural activities can be developed in connection with local ecological conditions and regional potential.
Learning from the Founder’s Experience
At the farm, Mr. Le Dinh Tu, Founder of Aeroco Coffee, shared the story behind the farm’s establishment and development, along with his practical experience in growing and caring for coffee plants.
His firsthand insights gave participants a closer look at the development of an agricultural business, from cultivation practices to factors that influence product quality. The discussion also provided an opportunity to connect management knowledge with the realities of operating a business in a local context.

The visit to Aeroco Coffee was part of the CEO 2026 Executive Education Program’s field trip to Dak Lak. By exploring business and agricultural production models firsthand, participants gained broader perspectives on operations, development strategies, and the practical considerations involved in building an enterprise.
