On July 23, 2026, at the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) Building, National VOV Traffic Channel hosted a high-level forum entitled “ESG Disruption and Green Transition for Sustainable HCMC Urban Development”. The event featured ESG expert and AIT alumnus Mr. Tran Quoc Bao, who discussed ESG and green transition as key drivers for HCMC’s sustainable future.

The discussion brought together Tran Quoc Bao, Deputy Managing Director of ESG Services at Anh Consulting and Auditing Company Limited (ACAC) and AIT alumnus, alongside Mr. Tran Anh Tuấn, Circular Economy Network Expert at Circo Hub Vietnam.

ESG is not an additional expense, but a long-term investment in a company’s future competitiveness and sustainable growth,” emphasized Mr. Tran Quoc Bao.

Addressing the misconception that ESG standards are a financial burden, Mr. Bao highlighted three major operational hurdles: limited awareness, inadequate data infrastructure, and a shortage of specialized talent. This reality requires enterprises—especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)—to dedicate serious time and resources toward timely adaptation.

On June 25, 2026, AIT Vietnam signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with ACAC, represented by Mr. Tran Quoc Bao. Their joint participation in this forum marks the first official collaborative milestone following the MoA signing.
