On October 15, 2026, participants of AIT Vietnam’s CEO 2026 Executive Director Training Program visited Karofi’s factory in Hung Yen for a practical learning session on the company’s manufacturing operations and product research and development processes. 

During the visit, representatives of Karofi’s Research and Development (R&D) team shared insights into the development of the company’s water purification products, product improvements, and the challenges of research, innovation, and market adaptation. The discussion focused on how businesses can promote innovation to optimize costs while enhancing the user experience. 

The participants also toured the factory and explored Karofi’s product lines, gaining practical insights into how R&D connects with product development and evolving market needs.
