On the evening of September 22, 2026, the Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation for the CEO 2026 Executive Director Training Program took place, marking the completion of the learning journey and the final stage of the field trip in Khanh Hoa. 

Reflecting on the Learning and Field Experience 

As part of the field trip in Khanh Hoa, participants visited and exchanged with three local businesses: Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company, DT Food, and San Viet Farm. 

At each destination, participants explored real-world business activities, engaged in discussions with company representatives, and observed production, business, and operational practices firsthand. These experiences added practical knowledge and perspectives to the learning journey of the CEO 2026 cohort. 

Beyond the field activities, the trip also provided opportunities for participants to connect, exchange experience, and share perspectives with business representatives and fellow participants. 

Marking the Completion of the CEO 2026 Executive Director Training Program 

At the Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation, participants received their certificates of completion, marking an important milestone in their learning journey and professional development in management and leadership. 

The ceremony was followed by a dinner gathering, where participants had time to reconnect, exchange stories, and reflect on their experiences throughout the program.
