On the morning of September 22, 2026, participants of the CEO 2026 Executive Director Training Program visited San Viet Farm as part of the CEO Field Trip 2026 in Khanh Hoa. The visit focused on the management, operation, and practical development of the farm’s agricultural model.
Learning from Management and Operational Experience
At San Viet Farm, representatives of the farm introduced its development journey, vision, and development direction. The session focused on practical experience in managing and operating the model, followed by a Q&A and direct exchange between the company’s leadership and CEO 2026 participants.
The delegation then toured the production and farming areas and explored products presented at the farm’s display area.
An Agricultural Model Combining Production, Experiential Tourism, and Cultural Preservation
Covering approximately 130 hectares, San Viet Farm follows an organic circular farming approach with an ecological orientation. Alongside agricultural production, the farm combines experiential tourism with the preservation of Raglai and Ede cultural heritage.
The visit gave participants an opportunity to observe the farm’s operations firsthand and explore how agricultural production, experiential activities, and cultural values are incorporated into the development of the model.
From discussions on management and operations to the on-site visit, the field trip offered CEO 2026 participants a closer look at an agricultural model developed with an ecological orientation and a focus on sustainable development.
