Mr. Tran Viet Hung – Former General Manager – Saigon Tourist

With the good organization of AIT, modern teaching methods, enthusiasm and friendliness of international lecturers, Executive Master in Hospitality Management 2011 brings a lot of benefits for leaders of Saigon Tourist Holding Company when they participate in this course. We receive a lot of supports and kind care from lecturers, training assistants and all organizers during the course.

The forum, discussions linked to practical experience is very useful for managers to sharpen their management skills. This is the first master course in Hospitality Management in Vietnam, which attracts a lot of leading managers in hospitality industry. Saigon Tourist Holding Company will continue recommending our managing staff to participate in this course not only because of the good content and teaching method, but also because the studying time totally matches with working people. For me, EMHM is an extremely good course for all people in hospitality industry and plays an important role in the development of Vietnam’s tourism and Ho Chi Minh city in particular.

Mr. Vuong Anh Tuan – Deputy General Manager – Saigon Tourist

EMHM courses are updated and equipped with stage-of-the art, specialized and practical knowledge. This helps the general managers and senior managers like us consolidate our leading and management skills with innovative methods. Sending 13 members of Saigon Tourist Holding Company to this course is an action in our human resource development strategy. These “students” will absolutely apply all knowledge they gain from EMHM course in organizing and managing their own unit as well as contributing to Saigon Tourist Holding Company. Participating in EMHM course in Ho Chi Minh city is a dream of many people because they don’t have to study abroad. This course is an opportunity for those who would like to study without leaving their work.

Mr. Ngo Ho Quoc Phu – General Manager – Pegasus Resort

Teaching courses are helpful for me as a tour operator. It puts all the experience we got in order, analyzes it and shows us the way to find out the best solution for our business in the future. We regret that the course has not been done earlier. We greatly appreciate AIT – VN for organizing the field trips such as hotel inspection trip and the field trip to Europe during the course, to help us learn and understand what is going on in the real life. The course helps me to identify the weakness in quality management of the managing board and recognize the real expectation of different customers to make them satisfied. That is the major factor for the success of the tour. All the lecturers have done an excellent work! From our side, we do apply what we learned to transform it into power.
