The course aims at enhancing report writing skills for project officers and partners as well as improving quality of reports (field report, survey report, annual, final and interim project report…) for better and more effective project management.

Target Participants
This is ideal for executives and managers at all levels in the public, private and NGO sectors. It will also benefit those who have responsibility for, or are working on, donor-funded projects as well as those involved with projects within organizations more generally
Methodology

This course applies participatory methods and practices and use brief lectures, easy to understanding exercises. The role of the lecturer is primarily for guidance and advice. Factors to consider when writing reports: maximize effectiveness of the presentation in writing from the arrangement of structure to each sentence. During the course, the participants will have chances to practice writing reports (progress reports, evaluation reports ...). Participants will use some of their previous reports as a case study for analysis. At the end of the course, participants will practice writing a report related to their actual work and then the report will be commented, edited by other participants in the class and the lecturer.
